ACELA Consulting
Service

Voice communications that just work, including in the conference room.

Cloud VoIP, Microsoft Teams Calling, and conference room AV designed, deployed, and supported by a team that does this every week.

Executive using a professional conference phone in a bright meeting room

Phones should be invisible until you need them. Ours are. We deploy cloud-hosted VoIP and Microsoft Teams Calling for clients of every size, with auto-attendants, hunt groups, call recording, voicemail-to-email, and proper E911 set up correctly out of the gate. Numbers port cleanly. Voicemail actually arrives. Auto-attendants say the right thing.

The conference room is where most voice deployments quietly fall apart. We design and install Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and traditional codec systems that actually start meetings on time, with the right microphones, the right cameras, the right displays, and the right cable runs hidden in the right places. No dongles on the table. No 'can you see my screen' at every kickoff.

Because voice rides your network, we treat it as a network problem. QoS gets configured on your switches, SIP ALG gets turned off on your firewall, and jitter and packet loss get measured end to end. If a call has issues, it's on us to find and fix, not to blame your carrier.

And for hybrid teams, we handle the softphone experience too, Teams on the desktop, on the mobile, and on the browser, with the same extension, the same voicemail, and the same caller ID whether someone is at HQ or in a coffee shop.

Questions

Frequently asked.

Can we keep our existing phone numbers?

Yes. We handle the LOA paperwork and coordinate porting with your current carrier to avoid downtime. Most ports complete in two to four weeks.

Do you support Microsoft Teams as our phone system?

Yes. We deploy Teams Calling with either Microsoft Calling Plans or direct routing through an SBC, including auto-attendants, call queues, voicemail, and E911.

What conference room platforms do you install?

Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and traditional codec systems. We design the room, spec the hardware (Logitech, Poly, Crestron, Yealink), install, and support it ongoing.

How do you handle E911 for multi-location or remote staff?

We configure Dynamic E911 in Teams or your VoIP platform so emergency calls route to the correct PSAP with the caller's actual location, including for remote workers.

What if call quality is bad after deployment?

Voice rides your network, so we measure jitter, packet loss, and QoS end-to-end and tune your firewall and switches until calls are clean. Quality issues are part of our scope, not a side project.
