ACELA Consulting LLC is committed to making our website and digital services usable by the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We believe accessible technology is good technology, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing practice, not a one-time project.
Our Standard
We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA published by the W3C. These guidelines cover perceivable content, operable navigation, understandable interfaces, and robust code that works across assistive technologies.
What We Do
- Design with sufficient color contrast between text and background.
- Provide meaningful alternative text for informative images.
- Support full keyboard navigation and visible focus states.
- Use semantic HTML landmarks and heading structure for screen readers.
- Label form fields, buttons, and interactive controls clearly.
- Respect user preferences such as reduced motion.
Known Limitations
Some third-party embedded content (for example, chat widgets, mapping tools, or vendor logos) may not fully match our accessibility standard. Where we identify gaps, we work with the provider or replace the component.
Feedback
If you encounter a barrier on our site, or would like this content in a different format, please contact us. We take feedback seriously and will work to resolve issues promptly.
Ongoing Improvement
Accessibility work is never finished. We review our site as we ship changes, test with keyboard and screen reader tools, and update this statement as improvements are made.
