IT consulting and projects, planned and delivered.
Strategic roadmaps and hands-on implementation, from cloud migrations to office buildouts, executed by senior engineers who actually finish what they start.
Big IT projects are where MSPs typically fall over. Scopes balloon, timelines slip, and the engineer who started the work disappears halfway through, taking every piece of tribal knowledge with them. We do this differently: dedicated project leads, written statements of work with milestones, and weekly status reports so you always know exactly where things stand.
We run cloud migrations, Microsoft 365 tenant consolidations, office buildouts and relocations, network refreshes, security overhauls, ERP and EHR integrations, and full IT transitions from a previous provider. Every project ends with real documentation handed back to you, not held hostage in our knowledge base. If you ever leave us, you'd walk out with an environment your next partner could actually pick up.
If you don't need a full project, if you need a second opinion on a vendor proposal, an architecture review before you sign a five-year contract, or a board-ready IT strategy, we do that too on an advisory basis. A few hours of the right conversation often saves six figures over the life of a decision.
And on the strategic side, we offer fractional vCIO leadership: quarterly roadmaps, budget planning, risk posture reviews, and a real IT voice in your leadership meetings without the cost of a full-time hire. Our vCIO clients typically save more than the retainer costs in the first year, just by avoiding one bad vendor decision.

Written SOW
Milestones, deliverables, timelines, cost, and change-order process, all in writing before work starts.

Projects that end on time and stay ended.
If your last big IT project ran two months long and left half the documentation missing, that's not the project's fault, it's how it was run. Give us a call before your next one, and we'll show you the difference.
Frequently asked.
Do I have to be a managed client to hire you for a project?
No. We take on standalone projects for organizations that have internal IT or another MSP. Scope, timeline, and price are agreed upfront in a written statement of work.
How do you keep projects from running over?
Every project has a dedicated lead, a written SOW with milestones, and a weekly status report. Change orders are explicit and approved before work continues.
Can you transition us from our current MSP?
Yes. We've run dozens of MSP transitions. We coordinate the handoff, capture documentation directly from your incumbent, and avoid the typical knowledge-loss problems.
Do you offer vCIO or fractional IT leadership?
Yes. On a monthly retainer, we sit in on leadership meetings, build the IT roadmap, manage budget, and represent IT to your board or ownership group.
Will we own the documentation at the end of a project?
Always. Every project closes with a written runbook, network diagrams, and configuration backups handed to you in formats you can keep regardless of who supports the environment afterward.
